Coasties Community Expo
The Rotary Clubs of Whangaparaoa and Orewa-Millwater are excited to announce our COASTIES COMMUNITY EXPO. This major event gives an ideal opportunity for community groups and local business to showcase what service they provide to the community.
Date: Saturday 27th February 2027
Time: 11am - 3pm
Location: Red Beach School Field
On the day there will be food trucks, children’s activities, entertainment and live radio coverage to make this a festival atmosphere and attract the whole community. Please join us for a fun day out and you may be surprised what community groups are active in our community.
Community Groups
We have approximately 70 sites available at no cost for community groups. Groups will be assigned a 6x6 metres site to setup your stand to show off what your community group has to offer to the attendees of the event.
We anticipate huge interest so it will be strictly on a first to register basis. Also, since there is no cost for community groups to participate, we do request that once you register this is a confirmed commitment to participate come rain, hail or shine.
Examples of community groups:
Youth Groups (e.g. Orewa Girl Guides)
Sports Clubs (e.g. Manly Bowling Club)
Charitable Trusts (e.g. Life Education)
Environmental Groups (e.g. Hibiscus Coast Zero Waste)
Business Sponsorship
There will be 20-25 sites available to local businesses to support the event. If you wish to attend the event to showcase your business products/services please register below and we will be in contact with further details.
Registration
Registrations for the event end 15th January 2027
